Identity documents and verification photos submitted for KYC are retained for as long as required to meet our anti-money-laundering obligations and to support any future review of your account. They are never made public and are only ever visible to authorized administrators.

Records of admin actions and system-detected security events are kept indefinitely as part of our audit trail, since these logs are what allow us — and, where required, a regulator — to reconstruct what happened on the platform and when.

Where we are not required by law or regulation to keep a specific record, you may request its deletion by contacting support. Some data cannot be deleted while your account remains open or while a transaction dispute is unresolved.
