AICRYPTOEX is a manual over-the-counter (OTC) exchange service: you send funds (mobile money or crypto) directly to a company-owned account, submit proof of payment, and our team manually verifies and sends your payout. We also offer Save Money, a fixed-term plan that locks funds for a set period in exchange for profit at maturity. We are not a custodial wallet or an automated trading platform — nothing is settled automatically, and every request is reviewed by a human before it completes.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AICRYPTOEX. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Identity verification (KYC) is required above certain transaction thresholds and always required for Save Money plans, per our KYC/AML Policy.

You are responsible for entering correct payment details, wallet addresses, and account numbers. Crypto and mobile money transfers sent to an incorrect destination generally cannot be recovered once broadcast or settled — see our Refund Policy for exactly when we can and cannot make you whole.

You agree not to use AICRYPTOEX for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or transacting with sanctioned individuals or entities. We screen transactions against sanctions lists and reserve the right to reject, freeze, or reverse any transaction that fails this screening, per our Sanctions Policy.

Every swap displays the Rate Fee and the exact amount you will receive before you confirm. Rates and fees are set by AICRYPTOEX and may change at any time; the rate shown at the moment you submit a request is the one that applies to it.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, in violation of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law, including on a sanctions or fraud match. Suspension does not forfeit funds you are legitimately owed, subject to our review process.

Nothing on AICRYPTOEX constitutes financial or investment advice. Cryptocurrency values are volatile and processing times depend on manual admin review; we do not guarantee a specific settlement time, though our team aims to process swaps within about 5 minutes of your payment being verified.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AICRYPTOEX after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced through the platform's News section.
